That’s why Raising Beauty begins every program with developing self-awareness and personal strength to help elevate you and the team and remove what’s blocking success.

I’ve taken my private leadership program, PowerPath to Joy, and adapted it for the workplace. You will experience my 4-part approach for conscious leadership that unlocks power, success, and joy at work and far beyond.

With my guidance, your team will get honest with each other, reflect on the impact of everyone’s behavior, address conflict head-on, re-evaluate the current approach to success, and emerge as the powerhouse they are meant to be. We will start by uncovering what’s really holding back success. We’ll do that by uncovering patterns of stress and conflict revealing the impact it’s having on morale and achievement. Together, we’ll create a vision for the future. Then, we’ll practice simple methods for maintaining optimal energy and motivation to turn the vision into reality.

Leading with Courage

Rising to new heights requires courage. Courage is reinforced by developing inner strength, connecting to values and purpose, and leveraging natural talent. This leads to achieving goals with greater ease, faster decisions, and treating each other with integrity. That’s important because it lays the foundation for what comes next.

Leading with Opportunity
